フィリピンの紹介

I am Angelo Batac. A Filipino, working as a Software Developer here in Sapporo for almost 9 years now.

Although I was a graduate of electronics engineering, I am really interested doing IT related jobs specifically programming

I decided to go to Japan to develop my skills in IT because I believe Japan has advanced technology.

Right now, I am trying to improve my capability as a developer and hopefully learn not only the programming languages but but also I can learn Japanese as well.

By the way, are you familiar with my country Philippines?

Being in Sapporo for quite a while now, I was frequently asked about my country Philippines.

Thank you for this opportunity to introduce my country Philippines in this blog.

My country is composed entirely of more than 7,000 islands. Although these islands can be
subdivided into 3 groups which we called "LUZON", "VISAYAS" and "MINDANAO" islands.

We were blessed with abundant natural resources and stunning places, that we really enjoyed so much.

If you have the opportunity to visit the Philippines, you should go see these island that I recommend.
These are really beautiful islands.

    Palawan
    Cebu
    Davao
    Bohol

And while on vacation please also try some Filipino Dishes like "Adobo", "Sinigang", "Sisig", "Ginataan" etc.

You may also want to taste varieties of fruits and vagetables. Please eat different kinds of mango and banana,
maybe you will be surprise to know that we have lots of them. Have fun!

I think that the people living the islands will be glad to accomodate you so you can enjoy your stay.
